Chef Dee provides her recipe for a healthy, delicious cannabis infused couscous.
Quick Cannabis Infused Couscous

Ingredients:
473 grams of Water or Vegetable Broth
265 grams of Pearl Couscous
21 grams of Mushrooms – Chopped
34 grams of Vegan Parmesan – Grated
30 grams Fresh Parsley – Chopped
30 ml Truffle Vinaigrette
44 ml CANNA INFUSED Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions:
- In a pot, bring water or vegetable broth to a boil. Stir in couscous and cover. Remove from heat and let sit for 8 minutes. Then, fluff grains with a fork and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine couscous with mushrooms, fresh parsley, and vegan parmesan. Add in the truffle vinaigrette and CANNA infused olive oil. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Place in fridge. – Serve cold.
